Questions about pricing
Why a monthly fee instead of paying once?
Because a website that nobody maintains stops working. Hosting, certificates, updates, security patches and content changes are ongoing work, and paying for them monthly is cheaper than paying an agency hourly every time something needs to change. The monthly fee also means we are still here in a year, which is the point.
Do I own the website?
You own your domain, your content and your data, always, and you can take them with you. The site itself is part of the ongoing service, in the same way your phone system or your accounting software is. If you leave we hand over your content and help you move.
How long does it take?
Most builds go live within two to three weeks of us receiving your content. The step that usually takes the longest is you sending us photos and service details, so we make that as easy as we can.
What if I already have a website?
Then start with the free audit. It will tell you what is actually wrong with it, with the evidence. Sometimes the honest answer is that your site is fine and you need something else, and we will say so.
What counts as a minor edit?
Changing text, swapping a photo, updating hours, adding a service, updating your phone number, adding a testimonial. Anything that is not a new page or a new feature. You message us, we do it.
Do you guarantee I will rank first on Google?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. We do the technical and content work that makes ranking possible and we show you what changed. Nobody can guarantee a position they do not control.
What happens if I want to cancel?
You cancel. There is no long contract and no cancellation fee. We will export your content for you.
