The service
We design, build, host and maintain a website for your business, and provide the additional services listed in the package you chose. The setup fee covers the build. The monthly fee covers hosting, maintenance, support and included edits for as long as the subscription is active.
Billing
The setup fee is charged when work begins. The subscription is charged monthly, or annually where you chose annual billing, until you cancel. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Fees already paid are not refundable, other than at our discretion.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. Your site stays live until the end of the period you have paid for. We will export your content and help you move your domain.
What you own
You own your domain, your content, your images, your logo and your customer data, always. We own the underlying templates, code and systems we use to build and run sites, which are licensed to you for the duration of your subscription.
What you are responsible for
The accuracy of the information you give us. You are responsible for any claim made on your website about licences, insurance, certifications, guarantees or experience. We will not publish such a claim unless you have told us it is true.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, lead volume or revenue. Nobody controls those, and anyone who guarantees them is not being straight with you.
Included edits
Text changes, image swaps, hours, contact details, adding a service or a testimonial, and similar changes are included. New pages, new features, rebuilds and integrations are quoted separately.
Liability
Our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
