What we collect

If you request a website audit we store the address you entered, your business name, your email, and your phone number if you gave one. We also store what our audit measured about the page we fetched.

If you book a call or contact us, we store what you tell us. If you become a client we store the information needed to build and run your site, and billing records.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for. We do not store card details; payments are handled by Stripe and we only ever see their identifiers.

Why we contact you

If you asked for an audit, we email you the result and may follow up about it. Every message has a one-click unsubscribe, and once you use it we add you to a suppression list that is checked before anything is ever sent again.

We also do outbound contact to businesses we think we can help. If you would rather we did not, reply STOP or use the unsubscribe link and it stops immediately.

Analytics and cookies

This site sets a cookie only when you sign in to an account. We do not run third-party advertising or tracking scripts on our marketing pages.

Processors we use

Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Twilio (SMS, where used), and an AI provider used to analyse audits and draft messages. Data is processed in the United States.

Getting your data removed

Email izzy@faberstack.com and ask. We will delete what we hold about you, other than records we are required to keep for accounting, within thirty days.
